A: Yes, you can. In fact, our Master's program attracts students from diverse academic backgrounds. Previous graduates have come from fields such as pharmacy, medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nursing, public health, medical laboratory science, life sciences, pharmaceutical chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, occupational safety and health, food and nutrition, health and nutrition biotechnology, veterinary medicine, animal science, and more.

Q3:What are the graduation requirements for Master's program?
A: (1) A minimum of 24 credits must be completed before graduation, with thesis credits counted separately.
(2) Out of the 24 credits, 15 credits are from required courses, including: "Pharmacology" (3 credits), "Toxicology" (3 credits), "Seminar (I), (II), (III), (IV)" (4 credits in total), "Experimental Toxicology (including experiments)" (1 credit), "Experimental Design" (2 credits), and"Thesis Writing" (1 credit)The remaining credits are elective courses.
(3) Before graduation, students must participate in seminars held both within and outside the university and present their research findings.
(4) The maximum duration of study is four years, with the vast majority of past students graduating within two years.
Q4: What are the graduation requirements for the Ph.D. program?
A: (1) Before graduation, students must complete at least 18 credits, with thesis credits counted separately. However, students pursuing a doctoral degree directly must complete at least 30 credits, with thesis credits counted separately.
(2) The required courses total 9 credits, consisting of "Research Techniques in Pharmacology and Toxicology " (3 credits), "Current Topics in Pharmacology and Toxicology " (2 credits), and"Seminar Discussions (I), (II), (III), (IV)" (4 credits in total).The remaining credits are elective courses.
(3) Pass the doctoral candidacy qualification examination.
(4) Participate in at least one seminar, either internal or external, before graduation, and present research findings.
(5)Publish at least two journal papers before graduation, with at least one as the first author.
(6) Submit a certificate of passing the GEPT (General English Proficiency Test) Intermediate level or other equivalent qualification before graduation.
(7) The maximum duration of study is seven years.

A: The employment prospects for graduates of this Master's program are good.
