The graduate students in this Master's and Ph.D. program come from diverse backgrounds. Past graduates have had professional fields of study before enrollment that include: pharmacy, medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nursing, public health, medical laboratory science, life sciences, pharmaceutical chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, occupational safety and health, food nutrition, health nutrition, veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, and other related fields.
The program has a substantial alumni network, with over 200 graduates from the Master's program and more than 25 from the Ph.D. program. Alumni have made excellent progress in various industries, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
