Course Requirements
Requirements for Master's and Doctoral Programs in Pharmacology and Toxicology, Faculty of Medicine
Master's program students must complete at least 24 credits (excluding the 6 credits for the master's thesis), and doctoral program students must complete at least 18 credits of courses (students directly enrolled in the doctoral degree program, including the master's program, must complete at least 30 credits and complete the required courses and credits for the doctoral program in order to graduate).

Students who take biomedical-related master’s or doctoral courses outside this program (in the College of Medicine, College of Nursing, or College of Biomedicine and Innovation Technology) must first check with their advisor that these courses align with the program’s field of specialization. Advisor approval is required for the courses to be recognized as elective credits toward graduation.
